There was something here about "the perfect process". Do a search and see if that was what you were looking for.

Whats the point of training ?

So that you hire those who dn't know anything about link-building. And in the process cut costs. Doesn't work.Been there done it!

SOLUTION: I dn't know who you are hiring. I can hire experienced link-builders for under $5/hour. DP forum is a good starting point. Basically guys from Indian subcontinent are okay. Charge less and know what they are doing.

I hope I havn;t hijacked your thread. I just thought I have figured out your real issue that of cost-cutting by hiring inexperienced guys.:)

No place to be politically correct here but you are wrongly judgmental. Having one bad experience doesn;t make the whole 'Indian' community a nightmare.

They have the world's largest outsourcing contracts in the world. Fortune 100 companies must have some stupid heads in their boardrooms to award major contracts to those 'Indians'.

This is soooo Ted Strickland ( Ohio governer):(:(

Sorry you had problems with Indians but in my own experience they have been good people to work with.

As to training there appears to be a ton of YouTube videos about link building (908,000). There's got to be some good info among the infomericals, you would think.

    I agree,
however, for small business we can not put project managers and people on top of them and frankly some of them have been so spoiled since there are so much jobs for them that makes them live like kings with the $ to ? conversion.
the big corps train them and watch over them. a lot of the odesk people take u for a ride and then go do the same with the next. I personally LOVE the phillipinos.
they are very very respectful and work well.
I have had a lot of subcontractors i have worked with via both countries.

Just a personal experience here in the states i have a few indian friends myself and they r great
