Hi BHW guys.. I have had a rather unique request a while back. A company wants to purchase copyrights for an article that was published on my site.

Now the weird bit being that I had approached this same company two months ago to send me a review article of their product (of course, I gave them inputs on how the article should be structured, blah blah), which they duly did and I published on my site. Now about two months later, today I got an email from them saying they want to purchase the copyrights.

I've never been involved in copyrights discussiones before, my questions are:

    1. Why ask for copyrights, when the original article was given by them. Is it because it is published on my site and because there was no prior copyright talks, they are now compelled to purchase the rights?
    2. What should the terms be for the copyrights
    3. How much should it be priced at.
    4. Do I have unpublish/play by their rules once I sell the copyrights.

    Thanks.
