help on clickbank

hi. i need some help and opinion here.
I wrote a book to sell on clickbank, it will also have loads of bonus ittems and software etc etc.
So my question here is, clickbank will always ask me for those 40 bucks product fee to start ?
is there any network out there that does the same job and does not ask me for that money ?

You can message me and tell me the subject of your ebook.
If it does not look risky ( won't get my account suspended )
I'll spend the time to review it and if it looks original I will
stick it on my account for you until it earns enough for
you to pay your fee.

I have several accounts but I always start a new product
on my account with several products so it can earn its
fee before I spend money on a new account.

Also, as for the BONUSES, when I give a bonus, I
usually make them wait the 60 day refund period
then email me for the bonus AND I advertised an
UNANNOUNCED bonus to put even more greed pressure
on them. This has cut my "same minute refunds" in half.

Funny enough, most people forget and never email
for the bonus after 60 days. lol Go figure.

I can even host your sales page and download page
but it would be best if you had your own domain.
I have a reseller hosting account and can even
design a decent quick page for you and make it work.

do you have any experience with them ? is it a good legit marketplace? how ofter do they pay?
sory to make this much questions but i prefer to ask real people for real results then goin to read their info
