Help, Offers requiring traffic source

Guys there are offers which are asking for traffic source for approval, if I create a new blog, are they gonna check how much traffic it's getting per day?
Or can you tell me a CPA network with easy registration approval + offers?
I m looking to promote dating websites and apps

Currently I m signed up with Cpalead which doesn't have any dating offers same goes for cpagrip
Dmsaffiliates ( which seems like a scam, paying $10 to give reviews of them )
adworkmedia ( approval required )
Mylead( asking for traffic source)
Paysale( asking for traffic source )

I m.currently signed up with them, they are asking me to add traffic soruce, I don't have any traffic source, I started a instagram page just yesterday and has 15 followers only, I m looking for networks where I can start promoting offers right away, I can't wait to build my page to thousands followers .. it may take many months
 
I never had an AM check my traffic source because of traffic. Usually they only do that when there are complaints from the Publisher that there was something scammy on of the advertisers pages. The reason why they want to know your traffic source is because some traffic sources (like incentive) are generally not allowed as they have a low conversion rate for the publisher. Thats why they ask about it, not because they wanna know how much traffic you got.

Just thinking for a couple seconds there is one network that doesnt ask for a traffic source which is OliMob, atleast they did not ask for it when i was signing up with them.
 
guys I just got accepted in mobiglide and appitate and info regarding how legit are they? Google isn't useful

Hey thanks I just signed up and I can see tracking urls without any approval, Just wanna know have you been paid by them?

I dont use them anymore, but i have recieved a payment from them before.

as @Heiko mentioned above, we check the traffic sources to ensure that it matches the restrictions of the offer and the promotion with them is possible.
