Help - Nonstop Tem Banned....

I have 12K followers now by using 50 days. At first beginning, I manually follow/unfollowe and like a lot and I got banned 2 times. Then I took it slower and everything was good till I put a facebook link to my bio 10 days ago. That's the nightmare starts. I got very easily banned. And then I tried to use followliker, I follow and like last night for only 89 in 7 hours(very slow setting) and then I got phone verification. After 2 hours, I relogin followliker. I got tem banned from the first like.... I could not even like the first photo.... (after 1 hour, I can like again. I just manually like one photo.)

But I did not use proxy yet. What can I do for my case? Is proxy will be helpful or should I do anything else to save my account? Tortured by Mark Zuckerburg a loooot in the past 10 days!!

where r you running FL from? your computer or VPS?

daily limit 350-400
delay 30-45

There are several things you did wrong that might causing the problem.
1. After you added the link in the bio, you should've let your account be quite for few days.
2. Using FL and your and you phone in the same time.
3 PC have different IP from your phone.

1. leave your account to rest for few days.
2. Don't use your IG on your phone and FL simultaneously!

edit: Make your automation interval 2-5 min.

just like wizard said make it 2-5 minutes , but rest it for a couple hours or a day

If you're getting temp ban too often, maybe it's the time for you to rest a few days before continuing it slowly...

Having long delays wont help you need to give it a rest minimum 2 days I'd say try 3 its even better. It does that to me: it gives me phone number, temp ban me and keep temp banning me until I give it a rest for 2-3 days and that happens when I put a link

This sounds very bad. You are on IG shitlist. Stop using this acc for a week and see if that helps.

When you guys mentioned let my account rest for few days. Is it means do not use Followlikers but can still manually post pics and reply followers' comment? (no like and follow/unfollow) or simply donot do anything, not even log in my account?
