Help needed

I have a question which I hope someone can come along with the answer,

I see people on eBay listing items using the search term

So say for example you sell Facebook likes (JUST AN EXAMPLE)

You will go and type in facebook likes and it will come up with listings coming back to this search term, however on there title and description they are not using this word so how are they using this word as its not visible on the listing.

Would be great for someone to help out

I think it's mainly to do with the category the item is listed in maybe?

Ive listed an item in that category and it wont show in there

Someone must be able to help please ??

Check out if they have an eBay store because they could be including the keywords in the store.
