I am new to online making money programs and associated content i saw that ac does not pay the non-us citizens the upfront payment but they will get paid for views. I want to ask is there any way that i chose my location as US and i get upfront payments. If i do then can i deposit them in my paypal/paiza account and when??? Please explain .

No. The reason Associated Content ( now Yahoo Voices) does that is because it will take more time for you to gradually/ authentically build your reputation/ funds through residual than adding the upfront payment.
