I hope this is the correct place to post.

I need help badly, please.

First (urgently) My current web hosting company sucks. So i am looking to change my web hosting company. I have a wordpress theme on the website. Can anybody tell me how to change the webhost easily. I mean to say, what is the correct process to transfer everything of my wordpress website to the new web hosting company. I just have 3 more days to do this before they close the hosting account.

http://www.thiswebhost.com/ will do everything for you... excellent service.. just give them access to your old host and they will move it for you. me and my pal use their services for our clients...

Backup all your database and download all the files from your old server
upload to new server files, create mysql and import the database
