I have website 9and its created for adsense.but i never used it and didn't put ads yet. Have't done any BL or any SEO things.. But rank is bouncing Please take a look picture

I just want to know Is it worth to invest on it? and how long it will take to earn some money?

Who knows if its worth to invest in.. I don't think you've given enough information for someone to help you. We don't know what niche your are targeting - how much ads pay per click, how competitive it is, how much traffic your kws get.
