    Hello BHW!!!

Im in search of the best way to do Ethical Tier 2 Link building. I have gone through some tools that blast 1000's of tier2 links. but i believe they gonna spam my Handmade manual tier1 link building(if im wrong correct me). I can dedicate some decent time to build Tier2 links but not more $$$. And also kindly suggest me how many tier2 links will be decent enough to a Tier 1 link. Any good tool with a good working method or any good list of tier2 link building sources to do manual process will be much appreciated.
P.S: mostly i do link building from BPs and Web 2.0s for tier1.
    Thanks in Advance.

You are Correct With Blog posts and web 2.0. Just Add Social Bookmarks, High PR Blog Comments and maybe Also Social Signals like G+,Tweets,Fb Shares, Pins.

As for tools, I use FCSnetworker for Web 2.0 and Social bookmarks for tier 2.

If you are afraid of your tier 2 links being spammed, then create another tier (tier 3), link them to your tier 2 links, and blast them with links.

Tier 1 should contain web 2.0s with high quality unique web 2.0 articles
Tier 2 should contain web 2.0s, article directories, and other types of contextual links with well-spun web 2.0 articles
Tier 3 should contain mostly junk links

What I have understand( credits to james)

    Tier 1 blogposts
Tier 2 web 2.0 article directories (contextual)
    Tier 3 gsa links

you could also check thread "stil playing tier like kids" just search it up on this forum. Great post from james.

I have played with tiered linkbuilding as it seems IM is all about testing.

    My setting
Tier 1 web 2.0 <-- bookmark links thousands
Tier 2 profile links pligg bookmarka
    Tier 3 all gsa spamlinks

Some bhw spamblast packages pointed at tier 2

    Web2.0 has 4 pages.

Ranking in top 100 one keyword even at position 22.

Tested web2.0 by placing competitor link on web2.0. The website jumped from spot 16 to 11. I have ordered some cintextual links to boost the rankings. See how far I can go.

I am going to test james method by using his method to see if I would rank higher for the same keywords but on different web2.0 platform.

    Tier 1
High quality contextual ******** - Build a whole bunch of web 2.0s with 3-5 manual posts, get guest posts on authority blogs in your niche, and posts on a personal PBN

    Tier 2
Contextual ********s that'll stick around - Buy some bulk blog posts from the public blog networks that can be found on BHW, SAPE too is an option if you're feeling ballsy. You can also use contextual automated tools like AMR or Magic Submitter

    Tier 3
Spam, pick your favorite automated tool and go to town on your tier 2

Tier 1 - preferably Web 2.0s or PBNs

Tier 2 - Web2.0s with uncommon internal Tier linking

Tier 3 - gsa links and unstoppable spamming links (relevant to main post)

That depends entirely upon your ethics, I guess.

Tier #1 - aged web 2.0 properties at least one year, blog posts on high PR blogs, private blog network - created manually

Tier #2 - web 2.0 properties, article directories, social bookmarks, blogs - all low quality - created by using GSA SER.
