Help Needed Ungagged London 2015

Hi

i was at Ungagged London, and I was shown a technique where someone used a link, for example from Huff Post, BUT they changed the content for their own use.

They then used the existing link, shared it on social media etc. but it was with the new content.

I can't find this in my notes how to do this. Can someone that was there PM me please the method?
