Help Needed (Stuck)

I've been reading every possible piece of information I can find on IM in our
wonderful forum and have spent countless hours reading, studying and going over the information I have learned so far for the past month.

I have picked a niche, did some research, swine flu related (for the
analyst of our group,) even though I'm probably a little late for my niche but this is my start.

Now that I have a better understanding of which direction to move in I can't get past the comprehension of:
(Meaning I need some type of landing page.)

Should I:

Use a blog, squidoo, etc and say f*** it or
use subdomains and redirects for campaign's,
i know they are cheap and have weird names like .cc.co (ugh)
(also I'm broke so paid hosting not possible)

or

use free hosting or not,
how to use them properly,:meaning should they be used for redirects etc...

The problem for me is that books I am reading,
people not really explaining it clearly and no I'm not reading (DP E-Books ) the concept is just a little confusing for me and now I have readers block.
I have taken a break, walked around for three days, now I can't get my campaign started because I can't think right.

but I did think to come here for help,
so if anybody is willing to help me, please either PM me

IMO the swine flu will not make any money. Just my opinion though.

I understand being broke... been there, done that, it's not fun. The main thing you need to do is take action, too many of us IMer read, read, read... plan, plan, plan... but NEVER do anything... DO SOMETHING, even it it's wrong and you'll learn more than you ever could from reading about it.

Now then to hosting... there are multiple free webhosts, just do a google search


and you can immediately (right now) go create a free wordpress blog... wordpress.com... blogger blog... blogger.com... squidoo lens, hubpage and countless others... all of this can be used (and this isn't even the tip of the iceberg) to not only monetise (whatever) but point links back to whereever you want.

Take heart and get busy. The thing about being broke is this... will you be broke in a week if you do nothing? Probably so... so instead get busy. Also there are multiple GREAT ways to earn cash written about in detail on this forum... choose one and implement.

I see that some have missed my point in what I need to learn.

The fact that freehosting is avail is more than obvious,
while I appreciate the suggestion of WHICH host to use,
and yes I need to do something rather than nothing,

I also want to use my energy correctly the first time and be efficient
rather than to just throw shit on the wall and hope it sticks, Knowing that
there's a better way to do it. (I just need to comprehend it.

With all the reading I have done,
it is much better to have your own hosting and domains
(especially if I want to get into affiliate programs) now I
understand that I don't have to, but my chances are much
better if I do, with that being said I understand that there is a
way to do domain names and get hosting Free, if its free and I'm just starting
out why pay for it?

Now I understand there are different disadvantages while using free hosting & domains
(myexample is this ugly co.cc)

I'm trying to ask what they are and how to get around it properly (meaning without me guessing) and I know nothing is done properly but there are certain ways of doing things.

example: subdomain.nikoinc.co.cc redirect to makemeamillionaire.com or maybe its
the other way around, that's what I'm trying to figure out, and why people use them.

(Should I use on adsense but not an Click Bank Campaigns or use for Email Campaigns but not for amazon affiliate, I don't know but hopefully these examples help explain my plight a little better)

No, throwing shit on the wall and seeing what sticks is better than sitting, frustrated, doing nothing for 3 days.

As for the rest of your post, I understand English isn't your primary language...and that's no big deal, just need to clarify what you're looking for. From what I can tell you really just want to know the advantages and disadvantages of free hosting/sub-domains versus paid domains/hosting?

Hopefully clarifying will got you the help you need on these questions...

THere are no disadvantages to using your own domains and hosting.
If your so broke that cant afford $10 for a .com domain and another $10 a month for hosting you better stop right now and get a "real" job.

People use their own domains and subdomains to link to sales pages so that they have a place to entice people to buy the product.

Choosing to use adsense or clickbank depends complete on the product you are trying to promote and how you are promoting it. Also a page that attempts to convert with adsense is styled very differently from a landing page for a CB product.

As for your general confusion. The only cure for that is to read up and wise up. Start thinking of things for yourself so you can get a clear model in your head of how this shit works.

Here's my 0.02 cents.

Firstly I am not a guru, wiz kid, success story or any of those things but I would like to share some of things from my journey that may help you if you are interested.

Firstly - one of the most valuable pieces of advice that I received was about FEAR - False Expectations Appearing Real and the solution Just Do It - take action.

Next failure - we mostly learn thru failing - I know the crap we have been taught at school says don't fail - well that is for the masses who they want to go to a safe 9 -5 JOB(Just Over Broke) so the suggestion was fail early and fail often. I bet you that when you learned to ride a bike/rollerblade/iceskate ... you weren't a champion and that you stacked it and ended up on your ass. Well Yeh get ready to do it again.

Your present financial position may/will make a big difference in what maybe right for you now.

A suggestion is give yourself a target (realistic) so 30 days - create a new identity of yourself (say Nick Doff) ans test and try the things that you are asking about - if you cann't afford hosting and a domain name then you've gotta go the free stuff until you make enough to be able to invest in your business - that is if this is a business and not a plaything for you. At the end of the 30 days then work out whats working for you and whats not.

The most important thing is to do something - Take Action
