Help Needed = Sale of home

Hi Guys,

Looking through all forums I could not find a section that would be right for my post so I hope it is ok that I post here.

In summary I am selling a mobile vacation home in pompano beach for a family member in a 55 plus retirement community. I am in the process of posting it to online classified adds and decided to make a free .tk domain website that would host the full pictures and discription of the place.

The site is near complete just have to take the pictures and upload.

My question and assistance needed is can you help me with a quick way to get this posted throughout the internet to drive traffic and get potential buyers? I am also making a facebook page, going to post in facebook classified and online yard sales, craigslist, kijji etc.

Anything that will help me get potential buyers, tips, tricks, etc will be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of the .tk domain. Can't you afford $1-5 for a dot com/net domain? To me .tk screams scam.
 
I know the .tk is not really good to use but for it being free and suiting my current needs I decided to go that route.

It is simply a one page site with description, contact details and pictures. Only using it as some classified adds only let you post 4 pictures or so.

So once again anyone have tips or ideas how I can get my classified add out there fast?

It's not sarcasm. It's good advice. That's a large purchase. You want to dress right and look right and online, in this instance, that means dot com. Also, post in multiple areas surrounding primary area on CL. When CL gives "Location" option pick those small counties with smaller numbers of posts. Your Posts stay up longer and therefore get seen on Google too. Only 1 pva? Post 2 times everyday and make it count. :cool: Good luck.
 
was not meant for you Rex it was towards the other poster. If I did not mention .tk then I would have probably had some help by now however due to me mentioning that the assistance I am requesting is becoming off topic and more of a discussion of the .tk domain. I could care less that I am using a tk domain, ive already have two offers at 28k cash. I just wanted to post it online for a few days via classifieds and also give them the option to go to the .tk domain to see more photos in an attempt to attract more buyers. I just wanted to learn some quick tips, tricks that you guys know, maybe a program that does a mast post to classified or FB groups. Seems as if no one is willing to take two minutes to help me out
 
This is why I hated dealing with RE agents when I was in lead biz. I swear they were the cheapest freaking people, even they would make ton of money. As soon sales call came in and they wanted mortgage leads I would tell them to fuxx off.

Its like some chick that want to get laid but don't want "it" inside.

If you are so cheap to buy .com how you excpet to get "traffic" ?


Anyways, First question? Do You have or need a licence? Secondly - imagine you want to sell your old bike. Do you have a bigger chance selling it on EBay or some .tk domain you set up?

Maybe instead of trying to bring in buyers you should go where buyers are. Maybe make a deal with an agent, sign a contract whatever but doing this from ground up could end up expensive and fruitless.

I am no real estate agent. I am helping my grandfather sell one of his vacation homes as he moved to another part of Florida. The one and only reason why I used a .tk domain is to simply host more pictures of the place. The place is already listed on a real estate site for a fee but there 50$ package only allows a few photos the same as free ads on CL where they allow 4 or so. So I simply wanted to include a link where potential buyers can see more pictures. I can simply use a photobucket link or wtv instead of a .tk domain that is not a problem.

But what I am asking is do you know of any tricks or tips, program software, wtv that I can easily get the ad for the house out on the internet.

Buy some proxies and get some numbers from http://mr1number.com and post ten times a day the way I described. That should speed things up.
