I have a product review website that has been given me average of $$$$ for the past 3 months.
The website got ranked for some of the review products.
The main one (which I am really concerned about) has average ranking 4 for the past 4-5 months.

7-10 days ago, I notice it went off the search result for the main keyword, when I do the direct URL search e.g. domain.com/product-review-url, I notice that it shown
"A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt ? learn more"

I checked my wordpress settings if I had blocked the search engine from crawling the website, I checked the google webmaster as well, check the robot.txt but no such thing were blocked and no error or fault anywhere.

I go back to the product review post to re-write the description in All-In-One-SEO. After 3 days the description shows up when I check the product url in google search but up till now the URL has not been ranked for that keyword BUT I notice the main domain ranked on the second page (17-21) for that keyword.

Please I need help and tips on the way out. I will appreciate every inputs here to get me out of this trouble water as this is the only website that is being putting some money on my table.

The message remains until Google recrawls. It means the last time Google crawled the page, you had it blocked in robots.txt.

Try to check its indexing status in webmaster tool and also check manual penalty section.

If all ok, you may wish to "fetch as google" the website and render it to apply the changes.

The descriptions shows correctly now IF I search the REAL product URL in google meanwhile it has been ranked for the keyword which it has been ranked 5 before, not even in the 100 search result.

The index Status shows no error. But where can I check the Manual Penalty Section. I really appreciate your inputs.

    Thanks.

Under the google Index > Blocked Resources in webmasters tools, I notice this. I have tried to change the theme may be that is the causes of these issues but I have some errors with that as well.

This has nothing to do with manual action. It's your robots. You say that the description now shows, so Google has recrawled. Give it some time to propagate across data centers.

Ranking is another issue. I usually find that when people tell me that they've ranked high for mediocre content it's either personalized results, honeymoon period, or it's a junk query. You are likely ranking naturally. If by chance you really were ranking like you say, then all things considered, you should pop back to where you were. No guarantees though.
