I had similar problems a while ago. Here is this site:
    Code:
    sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/
You can use it to scan your site for free, it will display what files are infested and with what malware. Then you can use google for tips on how to remove it. Worked for me.

change ur hosting/ftp/admin passwords asap and run an antivirus scan, it can also be a virus in your computer which analyze for passwords. Check all your wordpress files as Gintoki said! :p

Good luck there! In my case it turned out my WP theme was infested by default :) I manually deleted the two harmful lines (one of them was in the .js file, so it was active on all my pages and posts...). No problem ever since.

    UPDATE
Issue now resolved, my host managed to isolate the problem and remove the malware.
looks like i was pretty much stuffed eh! I will leave my AVG running when i go to bed. Thanks to fellow B'hatters who provided some ideas.

So if you get stuffed, first port of call my be the host coz they want to protect their other clients :) esp if u r on shared hosting
