I just brought a forum from Flippa and moved it from a hostgator to a hostmonster account.

FIRST: I did a Go Daddy push on the URL.

SECOND: I used filezilla and did a file transfer from Hostgator to my hard drive and then from my hard drive to my Host monster account. I did not change the file structure and

LAST: I popped in the DNS redicrects and waited.

36 hrs later and now the site does not show up anywhere. Did I do something wrong, do I need to do anything else? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

I think this might be what's killing me. I'm now googling moving a site with a data base. I just assumed it was a wordpress site.

Wordpress based forum ? Even WP needs a database.
Move your database and check if you have assigned the domain to your new account on hostmonster. The forum without the database should at least say "Blah, error!".

i would suspect a dns error if you aren't even seeing an error. and ya...most forums use a database. make sure to back that up or you'll lose all ur data.
