I've made an e-book and i've sold it on DigitalPoint.
2 days later i receive the following mail:

    "

This is my second request for a refund of my $5 for purchasing your ebook.

Your ebook is teaching methods which are illegal through the use of pirated software (Hummingbird).

Please refund my purchase price immediately or I shall take the matter up with Paypal directly and file a complaint with http://digitalpoint.com/

    Thank you."

    What should i do ?

Fuck em, send the money from your paypal to a second account and close the account you made sales with. These dumbasses on DP screw around way too much and leave you broke, screw them to the post this time.

You don't want paypal to find out your selling "illegal" (goes against TOS of websites) services because they will ban your account.

It's just $5, so who cares?

Pay them the refund, and you'll be better off.

PS. If your book came with a software, and they don't like the software and want a refund, paypal will close the dispute favoring you because they don't do software.
