Hi there!!

We looking to contact Europeen Doctor (ophthalmologist specialist) to offer them a great job opportunity (almost salary X2 of them actual job in them country)
Does somebody have an idea how to contact them directly? (from Romania Bulgaria Greece...)

Yes - use a website called D7 Lead Finder. There you can find a list of all ophthalmologists in a city you select and get their contact information.
 
post a ads on facebook groups in romania and some website where you can post the job

We tried but they are not a lot on LinkedIn and not good result even if us offer is very interesting :)
They are 36k ophthalmologist around Europe
 
Or hire local agents/middleman for speaking on national languages with target persons.
 
You need their email address and phone number. Most of them aren't on social media. In each country their is a website that lists all doctors by profession along with their contact details. Just dig and you will find.

Do you have any exemple of website? Let's say Czech republic...

You could research which hospitals in these countries employ these kind of doctors. Often doctors are listed on hospital websites.

Contact them through email
- ask if they would be insterested in this job,
- or if not if they could pass the information round. One doctor will know more doctors in his field.

If they don't need to have a lot of experience you could contact universities where ophthalmologist specialists study.

I know this isn't super efficient, but I would do it this way.

For such a high paying position I find Facebook a bit skechy.
