help me to choose the way as I am newbie

Hey guys I am new to this forum & in addition I am new to online monetizing techniques.So I don't know what to do first.I tried reading threads but I don't understand the most of it.

I know there are many pro in this forum.so can anyone tell me what I need to do first for online money making.

If any of you guys have thread about the 'Basics' for newbies like me please reply me the link.

By the way this is my first thread so any positive reply will be appreciate.
