what exactly do you mean by 'company'? do you want to offer webhosting to others?

I would say you wont be able to do any REAL hosting. As in server, racks , data center, etc. And depending on your knowledge level this may be a wasted effort.

However, assuming your already have the skills, you could probably get a vritual server from froma company like softlayer for about 99.00 a month. This will give you a redhat box. You can then install apache and cpanel and use a free template. use paypal for a processor. bam! you have a start.

You would still have locate a name server so people could actually find you.

This wont garantee customer.. this just gives you a platform. keep in mind that at 5.00 a month for hosting. youll need 20 customers to break even.

Your English is terrible but anyway I would spend $99 a month on reseller hosting.

when I started my webhosting company, i spent well over 3grand... Design, backend, billing, server rental, etc... Write everything down before you jump in dude... It's more than what it seems.. Unless you are just getting a reseller account and an out of the box webhost template... not for me..

I believe it was said above. I would partner with an established hosting company and become a reseller. Much cheaper. You use their systems. you pay them a monthly fee.

Its still your burden to get enough customer to break even.

Try reselling it's cheaper. Either way, I doubt you'll have success with this market.

To start your own company from scratch, you'd need: a server or data center, a website layout, cPanel/WHM licensing, experience with Linux (if you suggest Windows Server, I'll laugh at you), the ability to answer support calls 24/7, at least enough money to maintain for 6 months without customers (since it'll be a while before you gain popularity), and a shitload of other things.
