    Hi guys
let me get straight to the point my prescription on my contacts is over 890 points and it's extremley frustrating to have to wear them every single day 24/7. With this high prescription u can't see more than 3 ftin front of u without contacts/glasses. I'm looking for a way to NATURALLY RESTORE my VISSION I've seen tons of programs that claim to restore naturally etc butdo thry work? I tried 1 program for about 6 weeks with little or NO results! (didn't follow program exactly but about 80% I would say..) I downloaded one of these ebooks I think for restore yourvision or something. My question Is can someone lead me in the right direction here? No LASIK or any surgery that sounds too scary for me.

I NEED a NATURAL solution that WORKS..

    Thanks

    P.S

I don't mind working (hard) to achive results I did so for 6 weeks as I mentioned I just want a program that works

I dont know these eBooks but sounds like pure scam :)

Lasik sounds scary but there is nothing to be scared about! I did it last year. Talk with a doctor about the possibilities :)

I know this from inside out. There's really no other way than laser surgery. It's convenient, safe and takes only about fifteen minutes.

Your eyes are too large so your eye lense is focusing the light before the retina and not on it. The first picture about myopia on wikipedia shows this. So you either need a concave lense to move the focus point a bit back so it is on the retina (glasses, lenses) or make your eye lense thinner which will also move the focus point back. It's just physics really.

If you see an ebook describing how to make eyes smaller or lenses thinner, then you've found a working solution :)

Thinning the eye lense through conventional surgery is pretty impossible because no instrument is so precise and a surgeon would either cut away too much or too little but can be done with a laser (the risk is not 0 though, a simple component malfunction however improbable can be devastating).

Also note that after laser treatment you will have to compensate earlier for the farsightedness that occusrs when you get older (again glasses or lenses but usually no laser is possible in these cases). This last point is something often kept from the patient by many lasik providers.

I've had mine done, and it really wasnt that bad. I can see a mile away now. Recovery was also very short, 2 days.

And the lasers these days can detect your eye moving, so nothing bad can happen.

    Doooo it

The William bates method does work, but it takes time and devotion. My wife went to a vision educator who was working with her but it turned out it was cataract so nothing she could do. Basically the eye is a muscle and our modern times mean we are staring a lot at the TV PC road ahead etc. So because we are not using our peripheral vision (stretching the muscles) we start to lose the power over time.

    Good luck

I did surgery too and LOVE it! You have no idea what you're missing. The whole procedure takes 5 minutes. It's amazing. Back to 20/20 vision for the past 5 years now!!
