Hi all, I wondered if someone could help me streamline my affiliate site to youtube process?

I have a site up and running that lists 2000+ affiliate linked products.

I would like to do the following.. but am unsure of the best / quickest way of doing this?

    1. Firstly I would extract my sites 2000+ product URLs and supporting images. (Could this be done via scrape box?). The URLs would be formatted like: domain.com/product-name

    2. I would pay someone on fiverr to create an video intro to the review.

    3. Next I would need to batch create good looking custom videos. That contain the video intro then move over to the product image with text to speech of the product description (also contained within the product page of my site) I need some help here with what tools to use?

    4. Finally I would need a tool that would allow me to stagger batch upload the videos to youtube and link back to the product URL on my site.

Any thoughts or help would be great guys?

    Many thanks,

    Devs.

P.S. I also have all the products listed on pinterest so is there a way that I could go from pinterest image to video?

I think spin blaster and mass video blaster could help you with all this work. That's a lot of work though, but with MVB Pro you can defiantly distribute all of your videos pretty quickly and (I believe) it also has built in text to voice to voice over videos , and spin blaster makes quick, nice looking slide show videos about any product.

Hello mate and many thanks for the quick reply.

Do you happen to know how I could batch automate spin blaster to do the following...

I have over 2000 folders that contain the following. Intro video / product image / product description (text).

I would like to automate the software so that it goes through the folders making a video for each using the 'intro video' then displays the product image with the product description be read over the top when the image is being displayed.

Is this possible do you know?

    Many thanks,

    1. I think in scrapbox you could scrape all the URLs assuming they are all indexed. But I don't think you could do the images though. It would be easier to scrape using SIMPLEHTMLDOM and PHP.

    2. That would work!

    3. You could use imagemagick and PHP to combine images, intros, and whatever else you need. I haven't really done any dabbling into tech to speech, so unfortunatly I'm not sure of any software/module that would do this for you on a mass scale. But if you find one that can convert text to speech to mp3 then that can be combined into the video via imagemagick as well.

    4. You should be able to take care of the videos using PHP and then Youtube API. If there's any issues using the API (I know they updated it a while back) then you could always using MVB. You could use PHP to layout everything into an import file.

Anyways, it's a lot of work. If you can learn/do the programming, than great. But otherwise you're probably going to need to hire someone because I don't think there are any magic tools to do all this. Just to help you understand a bit better. Here's my background in doing something similar to what you described.

A while back I had created a PHP script. The first thing I did was found a website that listed every single game in existance. So the site had 50,000 game titles, 50,000 game images, and 50,000 game descriptions.

So first thing the script did is used SIMPLEHTMLDOM to scrape all the URLs to each game then scraped the images/descriptions/titles for each of them using those URLs.

Then with ImageMagick installed, my PHP script is able to execute commands to piece together the image/intro/sound into one video. Never really got into text/speech but it would have been a good idea.

Once each video is scraped and created in the script, the videos are then uploaded automatically to my Youtube accounts using Youtube API and PHP. I would just have the script add the scraped description into the description of the video.

It's a lot of work to setup, especially if you're just learning. But it's very effective and can be done from one script. The script is just looping through everything on the list to get the videos uploaded. My script is no longer working at the moment because Google updated their Youtube API, but it should still work by updating to the new API I believe. Let me know if you have any questions.
