Help me restructure my site(s) prior to doing seo..

Hi all I seem to have got myself in a bit of a mess with the domains / sites and am unsure of the best way to restructure things?

Some info:

I'm a wedding photographer based in Manchester UK.

I currently have the following domains:

stephendevlin.co.uk (wedding photography site)

jackdevlin.co.uk (child photography site)

I decided to to put a splash page on each of the above domains that directs users to either wedding or child photography

I also own the following pretty good keyword domains and am not sure what to do with them

manchesterphotographer.org (currently redirects to blog jackdevlin.co.uk/blog)
childrensphotography.co.uk (only just bought this domain)

What would you do if you were in position?

I really don't know the best route to take in terms of seo and trying to get some business in?

Any help or wisdom be great as I'm stuck
