Help me refine this idea...

Ok, here is the idea, I am not sure what affiliate network it could work on.

The Network will have to allow the following...
1. Find a network which pays a commission for gift cards
2. Lets you buy a gift card with a gift card

So the idea is you buy a $100 gift card get 10% commission($10), then use that gift card to buy another and another. Do this on multiple networks with multiple hundred dollar gift cards and I see the sky as the limit.

Now I gave you the idea, someone please contribute to this thread if you can find a publisher who pays a commission for a gift card.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think big places will give you a % commission on gift cards. I know linkshare and cj have large companies such as wal mart. I don't think you can buy a giftcard with a giftcard though. If you wanted to do something similiar, you could sign up for one of those prepaid credit cards(not a vcc) and they mail it to you. I think the commission is like $20 or so a lead. You can then take that and go to the atm and cash it out i think. Then reinvest the money into a different/same company. Come to think of it, this isn't a bad idea.

It could work but I do believe we have to use proxies and such again to cover tracks but other then that maybe it would work. Can someone further add to this idea.

Smart, but I highly doubt you can buy a GC w/ a GC.

Here's a better way:
Sign up for those sites and get 10 giftcards from them, with as little money as possible.

THEN use those giftcards to do freeipod.com offers or freelaptop.com offers. At those sites it's like $1-$3 per offer, if your giftcards have $20 on them you could get about 4-20 offers completed (each one from a different network of course!) and send them all to your house!

You then got the CPA money from getting the giftcard which almost pays for the giftcard, wait 4-6 weeks and you get a bunch of electronic goodies for ebay
