    Hi

So basically I'm new to this eBay and I was selling fake dr dre earphones which I now know is a Vero item and after a policy compliance I stopped all this as I wasn't aware of this issue.

After this incident I was selling other items which was also an Vero item however I did got permission from the right owners to sell this and I did call ebay asking them if I can sell it. The representative replied that I should just forward the email I got from the right owner to customer server at eBay and then list the item. I did exactly that and listed the item, for a week it was going really well until I got MC019 again and at this point my policy compliance was very low. Also I got an email from the eBay mentioning that they do no accept any forwarded email and the right owner should email eBay at 'vero (at) eBay.co.uk' and after they receive the email the policy compliance will be removed against me. ( I got this in email from official eBay email id and it is also in the message of my eBay account).

2 months on from that incident I did mange to get the person from Marks monitor to email eBay mentioning that the eBay seller ***** can allow this item on ebay and there is not problem what so ever. At this point I called eBay and they said that it is alright to list the item again and your policy compliance should be removed soon. (this was over the phone).

Today a week later my item was selling really well, I had already sold over 500+ I get 2 emails from eBay:
The following listing(s) have been removed because of concerns with your account:

Soon after I get MC008 about indefinite selling restriction:

n order to keep our website a safer place for buyers and sellers, your account will be restricted from selling indefinitely.

Our decision is based on evidence from our records. We're not comfortable with your selling practices or business model, and we feel they don't help to promote a positive buying and selling environment.

Even though you can't sell on our website, you can still use your account to buy or bid on items. For more information on the basics of buying, please visit:

Please remember that you can't use other accounts or register new accounts to sell on eBay. If you do, your accounts could be limited, restricted, or suspended.

    --------------------------------

I will be calling eBay tomorrow regarding this issue however can someone help on the reason why my item was removed this time and is there any way to get the account back?
I'm using the money from eBay for my tuition fees and it was going really well and if this closes I'm in a really bad position.

    Thanks for reading.

    Hey there,

Welp, that last Indefinite Selling Restriction just put you out on that account. The PayPal should still be good, but you won't be selling from that account again. Ever. Best to make a stealth and start new.

Plus, did you have a low feedback while you were selling your replica beats? That could be the reason. Once your account is hit with the first warning it stays on their database for a while.

I got lucky the first time I was hit. My account is still going strong today! Just PM me if you have any questions.

    Congratulations!

You have just be forever suspended from selling on ebay!

If you call them about your restriction they are going to tell you they can't tell you why you were restricted.

The restriction is typically a way of saying "get lost".

Its time to take your ebay selling to the next level.

Go get some stealth accounts with the money you made selling dre beats.

Btw, there are other marketplaces other than ebay that you can sell on.

I had 300 positive Feedback and no negative. The only problem is that the product I was selling had really big margin and I just recently got approval from the right owners and the email they wrote to ebay mentioned my username so I'm not sure if I can sell that stuff from a different account.

I'm sure this won't be of big help but you could also try to get in touch with them via their live-chat instead of calling. I've noticed that some issues I've had with them before got better reply on livechat than on phone. I don't know if it is because you have to give instant feedback about the agent right away after the chat, or the people in the chat are not from the same annoying call center or just because somebody reads how they speak to a customer.
Also if you don't care about your buying privileges on your current account you can always try to sell from another account, just change a little the listings details so that it doesn't trigger some monitoring filter they may have for the item.

most every1 here is wrong -- the reason you were suspended was for violating the duplicate listing policy --- google it, it's mothers day don't want to type an essay. you can have ONE of the same item listed, it's to prevent spam. that's what the first suspension is.. there is def a chance to get the account back (but you'll be restricted atleast 30 days)... if you want PM or skype me and I'll help you after the Holidays.

I would start with 3-5 stealth accounts for now and move forward. welcome to the dark side :)

I can't PM you until 15 posts, what is the procedure I should follow to get the account back as I've exams now so I can easily wait more than 30 days before start selling again.

Also I've another account on my dad's name which is 7 years old but with only 4 feedback however there is no selling restricting on it.
I called ebay today and the person on the phone was very helpful, he said that I should just contact ebay through email and try to get it sorted also I asked him about my dad's account and he did mention that I should be able to list the item on there as I do have the owners permission to sell it, however I'm still sceptical about it as I don't want to mess the anything up this time and do want the account back.

The listing thing was a genuine mistake as I didn't know about this, I thought you can list only 1 Buy it now and up to 7-8 auction of the same item. I only did this as I saw other people doing the same thing.

Okay first off, we are not "wrong". All the information given to OP has been used and practiced. I have multiple listings and I have not been dinged yet. Like I have 10 items with the same description running for about a month now and it's all fine. I'm duplicating my VeRO items and mine are still up, and they have been for 4 months.

It has to deal with the items he is selling. First you have to contact eBay and ask them nicely to check the permission you received for your item.

After they do so, it MAY be possible to lift the indefinite seller restriction, but eBay has a policy of not doing so under any circumstance. And, even if you do get your account back, the problem is selling the item.

Once you get that one restriction your listings have less gravity and will be moved down to the 4-5 pages on the search.

But has babypowder says, go with 3-5 stealths and build them up. Don't make the same mistake and you should be fine. Just remember to start slowly.

I've confirmed with ebay that this time it is not the item I was selling otherwise I would have been banned some time ago.
Its the listing policy of 5 listing maximum of same item. I was completely unaware of this.

What are my chances of getting the account back now as the ban was not due to item but the listing.

Then you've just gotten very lucky to stay ahead of the eBay algorithm. Although it's a newer policy, MC067 is their restriction for the violation of the duplicate listing policy. Each MC (master code) has a specific reason. As I type this, see confirmation from OP below.

I didn't mean it as a personal attack as you (and you thread) have helped many people on here, but it's tiring day after day to see mis-information flung throughout the forum. His problem here didn't like with VeRO, as he has the rights to sell the product. Now he must wait a minimum of 30 days before appealing to eBay.

The changes of getting hte acocunt back are still slim. I would start with stealth accounts ASAP to get this problem to not arise in the future. You can start using your dads account, as they are probably linked already, but luckily your "dings" are not currently for VeRO. I'd try listing slow on this account, preferable AFTER you get hte rights owner to email ebay noting his user name. Also, try to raise the limits on that account ASAP so you can start raking in the real money.

Best of luck to all, again, didn't mean to offend anyone, just help.

Thank you for the reply, the limit on my dad's account is unlimited and I confirmed that few weeks ago from eBay customer service.
How should I start as I do not really want to make a stealth account because I'm not doing anything wrong or selling and fake item this time.
