Help - Managing Windows errors, XP and Server

I can't find any info or software on how I can manage windows errors.
I receive a framework-based error popup that needs to be closed but I'm not at the computer, how can this be closed by itself?

I can't fix the issue so I'm just looking for a error management thing that can automatically close the error, error handling deactivation from advanced settings does not work.
