I'm finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of all the stuff I am doing. I have multiple sites, each in various stages, everything from pre-launch sites to full throttle backlinking campaigns.

Of course, each stage has it's set of tools like outsourcing, article writing, scrapeboxing, scrapeboarding, bookmarking, pinging, rss, xrumer blasting, senuking, occasional boobie watching...The whole nine yards,,,

This stuff is taking up more and more of my time, I somehow landed some higher profile clients, so I can't screw around anymore and I still have a day job to contend with...

Can anyone offer up a solution for staying organized?

There is a guy out there by the name of Dennis Becker and he markets a product called Action Enforcer or Action Machine.

In essence you load your tasks into the program(you can write it down and have someone else do it) and set a time frame on when and how long you want to spend on the task.

It keeps you on task and won't let you stray. You can stop and comeback and at least you know where you left off.

Ever since I started to use it I have had projects I left for weeks and when I come back I know where I am at.

Think it is like $27.00 and well worth it.
