Ok here it is my newest idea which is basically a nascar freebies type site, what I`m trying to do is make people want to enter the contests and to tell all there friends that this is legit. So what im looking from people here is some honest critque of my site to help me improve it and basically give me ideas on how to reach some real people who will play along. oops my site is freenascartickets net

    Thanks in advance.

You need to start small and it may end up in losses, but getting real people to review and testify for your website will help a lot. People follow people.

You want to focus on social - facebook, twitter and social bookmarks for the backlinks and traffic.

The site itself does not look legit enough though.

    My suggestions:
    1. The text on the checkered flag background is impossible to read, make the posts backgrounds white.
    2. Get rid of all the junk in the footer: the smily face stats, the "theme by", powered by wordpress, and the plugin you are using.
    3. Add the legal necesities: privacy policy, terms of use, disclaimer, disclosure, and sitemap
    4. FIX THE URLs!
    5. turn off the admin module that links to and the RSS feeds
    6. get rid of where it says "Join 1 other subscriber" on your email signup
    7. either fill them with fake stuff, or get rid of the empty donations and comments modules.
    8. turn off comments on the contact us page
    9. you've got a problem with the css in your comments box

Personally, I would get rid of this theme completely and go for something more racecar looking. - Something black / slick. Also, add news stories about the races themselves, and about fan happenings.

    Best of luck!
