Help - Looking for contextual link cloaker

Hi, I am looking for a contextual link cloaker!! Who can help me.

What I am looking for is something similar to amazon's or one of the many wp affiliate / contextual link cloakers. However I would like to see several features in it, such as:

1. I want to have only one script to install (master install)
2. This script shall give me the ability to create projects, words and their specific links, and specific config abilities for each of the projects.
3. For the script to run, I want only to have to past a code into the site I want to use it in (similar to Amazon Contextual links); however I also would like to implement something that would allow to cloak the link on the sites level ...
4. Furthermore, I would like to have the ability to:
   • Use different redirects methods
   • Able to redirect to one link and open several cookies too
   • Ability to open up popunders / popovers etc...
5. I would love to see some other security measures being made available, too.

There are several link cloakers out there that have some of the requirements but not all and none is contextual ....

Anyone knows of something like that or is willing to code it??
