I wanna optimize my website with OFF page and link building techniques, the site has a good content with good ON-page SEO. Domain age is 3 months, now it ranks at position 330 for his main keyword on Google.

I make a following plan for this website and need help of you professional SEOs. Its 24 days link building plan which contains:

Day 11 : Search Engine Submission
Day 12 : Two way link Building
Day 13 : Deep link submission
Day 14 : Yahoo Answers

Day 16 : Email Marketing (Email Sending)

Day 18 : Video sharing
Day 19 : Image Sharing

I have following question about above link building strategy?

1. What about the anchor variation, means how much I target a main keyword and keywords like click here, just click, visit etc?
2. Do follow and No follow ratio?
3. How much links are OK to be build per day?
4. Whats about the spin content for web 2.0s and Wiki?s?

If you reply then its really helpful for me other forum members and noobs as well.

Use your main keyword in the ratio of 1.5% to 2.5%

about generic keyword here is some anchors
80% of Do-Follow Links and 20% Nofollow will looks natural to google.

Maximum avoid spinning the content.

anchor text ratio should be roughly the same: 80% of brand generic and 20% exact match.. but confirm this with your competitors back link anchor text.. each industry is different.
Important is a good internal structure
