If you know the IP just do a "reverse IP search for domains".

There are a tonne of sites offering reverse IP search, did you try them all?
These seem to pick up quite a lot:
https://viewdns.info/reverseip/https://2ip.io/domain-list-by-ip/https://hackertarget.com/reverse-ip-lookup/
And there are many paid options that might be able to give you more data.
Of course if the website owner is using Cloudflare or a similar traffic proxy to manage their DNS, it's doubtful their domain will appear on these lists.
