VPN for a start. Try different browsers.
There can be fingerprint tracking in browser but not always.

vpn tried it did not help, can there be a paid one? you need to put the squeeze on the exchange and withdraw from there to the maximum

Free VPNs are most likely used.
Read up on browser fingerprints.
Then you are good to go.
