Hello everyone here on BHW,

It's simple as the title.. I just want to change my life entirely starting with this new year, 2016.

I will be quitting smoking along with other health related resolutions that I'm sticking to my guns with.. but with that being said I want to tackle my financial resolutions and goals as well.

I'm tired of working and absolutely CAN NOT picture myself working for 40-50+ years at a 9-5 living an average mediocre life.. I know I'm meant to thrive like everyone else on here.

I'm simply just looking for a finger pointing me to the right direction.. maybe a list of some options to consider.. the difficulties for each one.. possibly links to good sources of information that you found helpful yourself, if it isn't too troubling.

Help me live great guys, I know I can do it. I will not TRY. I will DO! I will post my first journey too after I've decided what I will do after I've gotten some feedback.

Anyways, it's simple as that. I look forward to seeing what you guys post.

Thank you all and happy new years,

- PassionToPaycheck

I would suggest you read some of the great journey threads this site has, and choose one that interests you and start working hard on it.

Hey man, way to make the decision to change your life. Its not gonna be easy but the fruits of your labor are sweet as hell.

My best advice would be not to rush things. EDUCATE YOURSELF. Taking action is everything but don't feel forced to do it. When everything is learnt your will have a method that you can profit off.

Add me on skype, ill show you some cool FREE resources to help educate yourself and get on the right path. Skype ID:josephsafadi

START and GROW a business. A lot of people only focus on starting one, which is just barely the beginning.

Appreciate the support man, along with everyone else on here showing support. I would respond to everyone but I'm not sure how to implement multiple quotes into a post lol..

(I will add you on Skyp, and will get on a call with you tonight if you're available kid2als3, if not, tomorrow is fine too, no worries, no rush.. I'm still deciding my path.)

What I'm about to say is pretty general and universal in response to everyone who gave me feedback so far.

I have given online ventures a shot before. I have done network marketing for a year and have studied highly successful people rigorously, along with working with some highly successful people in the network marketing industry. I went at that venture not part-time, not full-time, but over-time, I know how the grind feels.. the grind of an entrepreneur.. but it just didn't work out and I fell back into mediocrity and got a job for in the mean time. I have the mindset, I know what I must do and so forth.. but, I don't want to recruit\rely on people and s*** like I use too in network marketing.

I have looked into SEO before and got a bit confused but a buddy of mine has convinced me to get on these forums as he is on them as well, but he's kind of new too so he's not much help right now. I don't want to do SEO right now, but I plan to learn more about it in the coming future.. SEO was just basically my introduction and the first thing I heard about when jumping into black hat.

I have read multiple journey threads on this forum last night prior to writing this post. I feel as if most of them are outdated (tactics, strategies, etc..) as there has been a lot of changes since the orginal post, I'm sure. I'm looking for an up to date method that people are looking into and considering these days as of late.

With all of that being said and a little more backstory, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction now with a little more clarity. I don't expect it to be easy, I don't expect there to be any shortcuts, I only expect to kick a** at whatever I choose to do regardless. (shortcuts are cool though :D)

I appreciate the support guys,

Congrats on you for wanting to take action!

I would recommend just simply LEARNING for the next few months.

You'll find your skills and weakneses, which will enable you to better yourself!

Thrive like everyone else on here. You are in the vast majority on here.

hey dude everyone wants to change their life in the year 2016 it is just up to you to make sure you can achieve whatever goal you have in mind

Congrats on you for wanting to take action!

I would recommend just simply LEARNING for the next few months.

You'll find your skills and weakneses, which will enable you to better yourself!

I appreciate that! Though one thing I've noticed is everyone saying "learn, learn, learn." Believe me I preach and preach this to the world that knowledge is power and every other quote that's about knowledge out there. I'm all about learning and improving myself to make myself better everyday.

But my main question is, what do you guys see working right now as we enter 2016? I want up to date stuff. I don't want to go back and try out old things that probably no longer work (due to algorithm changes etc..) and have my wheels spinning in the mud; plus, it'd be a waste of time.

With that being said, I keep getting the response to learn, but I'm mainly asking what should I learn? What are some good options and so on that I mentioned in my OP. I will begin learning, and learning HARD once I know of something that's time worthy, relevant, and not outdated (I'm not being stubborn, just cautious/strategic with my time).

I've read countless self-help and personal development books, in fact, I surround my life with that particular knowledge and mindset. That's not really the help I meant in my OP. Just looking for a good venture, and seeing as I'm new here and most of you have been on here I'm sure you guys have recently (or some what) seen something that can match the description for what I'm looking for above.

Hope that gives more clarity! :)

I have to agree with the first or so posts look around in here don't just jump from one thing to the other. If you do make sure each thing you do your fully setup a glass of water is only half full until you fill it. Good luck on your journey

It is no good reading everything without taking action, to read the whole forum is shit advice. You need to take action and gain knowledge by actually trying techniques. Having said that, reading peoples journeys is a good place to start.

Read a lot but take action on only ONE or TWO things. It's very easy to jump from project to project in this business. Focus like a laser on one or two projects.

OP, I appreciate your desire to take action, but your constant demand for what's working seems like borderline spoonfeeding.

There's a wealth of information here and all you need to do is read and you'll find something. You're saying you want something that works in 2016, well 2016 just started. You have to, just like all of us, test something and try to make it work.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but your desire to make money and change your life around won't catapult you into success. It's your hard work and hustle that will get you through.

I wish you all the best OP. Please do try something out soon.

For what it's worth, if you want something that could be big this 2016 and you wanna be a pioneer in the game, try Snapchat. It's gonna explode this year.

All that best.

I am not trying to be spoon fed, I just asked a direct question as clear as I could in various ways/replys but I feel like people beat around it. I guess no one truly knows what's hot and working right now (no rudeness intended, generally speaking).

I have read 5 journey threads prior to making this one to be sure I'm not wasting my time asking; but they all turned out to be out of date methods/strategies. I have only received general and motivational advice which I already possess.. I thank everyone nonetheless for taking their time to root me on and show a IM beginner some support.

I am grateful for the instant feedback and time you all have given me. But this thread hasn't provided much help other than with things I already know/common sense. I was looking for a "hey, this seems to be working right now" or "this is pretty cool, I'm looking into it now myself" or "this may be a bit difficult but try this out, I have seen some people doing well with it" kinda stuff.

Again, text comes off however you interpret it with the voice in your head, but believe me I am grateful, but I just didn't receive what I was asking for in the OP. With that being said, like I said before, it seems as if no one knows of anything so I will just keep reading. Was hoping this would save me a bit of time (main reason why I made this thread, I'm big on time) with vets on my side showing me a good path to start with.

Appreciate the support and feedback,
