You could search for a template that looks appealing and then install it on your blogger blog. Its pretty straight forward and shouldn't require any real programming (as long as you are comfortable with how a theme looks in its default configuration).

I love http://btemplates.com/ it's a pretty awesome website. I've used it for all of my templates for my CPA earnings. All you really have to do is change around the header design with minimal Photoshop skills and you are good to go. You just have to understand what works and what doesn't.

But after uploading the xml i have to design new images and link to the web .............Help me out here about it ..........
