I got some idea, to connect some device to the phone trough the Aux.. I want to know, if there is option to create a simple mobile app, which will have control off adding and taking voltage from the aux.. In short words i want to connect some device to the phone trough AUX and have application, which will be able to take voltage (Speed of device will slow down) and to add voltage (Speed of device will start working faster )

    Thank you

First thing to note is that the output is of Alternating Current, this may mess up some of your circuitry. Another important point is that the voltage output is usually very low (0.5V to 2V), so unless you hook up a transistor you're not able to do an awful lot with it. The output from the aux port is controlled by sound being played, so you can switch it on / off by playing white noise.
