help:i cant get into an old paypal account

does any one knows how to get into a paypal account if all you have is the email.Meaning after you sent the link it still asks to verify 1 of 3 things.

Bank account number
Credit card number
secret question

is there anyway to reset a paypal's password with just having access to the email registered to it.
