Ive been researching some offshore options and just confused. I have a few question I can find answers too.

    1. How do I register a domain and be anonymous, (i mean what good having a offshore account if you register your domain legit)

    2. What offshore company to use? in the hosting section of the Market Place here it seems every offshore company is brand new and the others were only up for about 3 months then suddenly had to close down? whats a legit offshore company to use?

I looking to move a site offshore 100% but IM quite new about 3 months into this Blackhat world and just lost when it comes to this aspect of the game.

    any help

Look in reality, you can't be that anonymous.

Are you familiar with the dark web that's probably the only that's CLOSE to anonymous. The only thing off shore hosting can help you with is "avoiding charges" and prosecution. Why? because they can't tie it all to you.

Register it under a fake name etc. a domain can be registered under any name lol. So long as it isn't country based. (e.g. .com.au) they require Business numbers & lines. An alternative would be register a bunch of domains and just put it on that offshore host and claim that you bought the domains and just parked them on that server. If you don't know what domain parking is give it a good read.

Of course this is all LEGAL advice (what to do IF something bad happens..). -

Try asking the OFF SHORE hosting company to register the domain for you under their own name. That would be the BEST way lol.

This isn't really possible. The best you can do is use fake data and hope that the registrar doesn't contact you for some time. Keep in mind that this is considered to be a felony and your domain will be deleted.

Use the same as your competition :)

Offshore hosting is not that legal, the hassle is too much and the owners are most of the time looking for a get rich quick scheme.

I tend to highly disagree with your assessment there. Just because a hosting provider has servers in different countries doesn't make the service suspicious or even in the grayline area. Not all offshore providers are into get rich schemes.

There is NO way to anonymously host a website using 'legit' ways...

Reasons are laying in front of your feet so just take a good look :)

You cannot be as anonymous as you think because offshore hosting may not be safe. Using fake data might help you to some extent. To avoid any future troubles it's better that you get the offshore hosting company to register your domain under another name. Use vpn. You can also pay with bitcoin for anonymity

bulletproofvps is safe, we started with them last week and seems to be good so far. the server is never shutdown from any abuse complaints, also doesn't cost a lot (I think, don't remember exactly ) but this service looks very professional and you can't go wrong
