Soon I will be opening a kiosk in a mall that sells speciality desserts. My target is $1000/day 150 desserts ($7) = $1050/day 130 desserts ($8) = $1040/day 110 desserts ($9) = $990/day 100 desserts ($9.97) = $997/day So in conclusion... I can cut down 33% of desserts, increase the price by ~40% (From $7 to ~$10) and still get the same results. BUT! This will all go down the toilet because what if $9.97 is way to high? The correct answer would be, "Well test both prices A/B" - Yes, online it would work AMAZING! But how would you do it in person? I can't put a $10 price tag, then a $7 tag the following day... Anyways, all help would be appreciated!!!
