Please oh, Guru's of the blackhatworld!
    please help!

I don't know what "terms" to search for in Google to find a method to prevent these hackers or people totally CLOAKING my site, and putting their logo's and ads on them!?

    how are they doing it?
Is it iFrame? Leechings? Hotlinking? How Do I prevent these guys from totally copying my whole site and whenever I update my site their site updates without them doing anything!?

I don't want to DMCA or take down notice them as they'll just ignore it!?
how do I prevent them from doing that?

Please give any suggestion you can think off,
basically they've cloaked my whole site but with their logo and ads!?

is it because of my servers being hacked?
how do I scan my servers or do any checklist to go about?!

    Really Scratching my Head Here.....

The way you describe it it's impossible, they hacked your WP and/or server.

    Several things can be done.

First off, I don't know how much you got on your website but if it isn't much I would delete the whole DB and make a new one. I assume you are on a unmanaged VPS otherwise the hosters would help you.

Never use nulled themes or plugins and create and 16 word PW through a password generator and add a couple tweaks.

For WP install wordfence and on your VPS set up a firewall and install fail2ban and configure it so bruteforce attack will be pointless to them.

If rebuilding it isn't an option I hope you got deep pockets because you need to hire an expert to fix it for you.

so they put your site in an frame, then they put it on similar url and give it to people? they enter then try to buy something and boom because of their added elements? in the end customers are mad because it was your site? sicky idea

That wouldn't work, only way how it would work if they cloned his website and made some modification but doesn't sound like that from his story which is vague to start with

Wordfence is not for your database, it's to secure your WP login, DB is server side and you will need security for your server which means you will have to have fail2ban and a firewall and a very strong server password but seems to me they added a backdoor somewhere so would be useless now but you could try. If then they still get in you will need to hire an expert and if that is not an option you will need to delete your whole DB, secure your server, configure the proper security and take your losses.

You can try to ask for an expert here https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/

But be aware, you will get PM's from idiots that don't know jackshit and just try to scam you.

Maybe my buddy at @HudsonWebServices can advice. Maybe managed hosting is a good option for you? These guys know their stuff.

Avoid nulled plugins and themes. Try wordfence and sucuri. Clean your DB, and also clear your .ht access file. It's seeiously a time consuming effort.

Better to copy a backup and restore it from there.

I don't think you can do much about this.

Since you mentioned their site updates when you update just looks they have been scraping with some not maybe.
