I have a site where I give out daily free tangible-goods (which I buy) to some of the random registered members of my site.
As I pay for these free goods from the AD revenue my sites generate.
My question is, which AD network (CPM and/or CPC and/or Pop-Under) should I use for my site.
I am asking because, it seems out of my research, no AD network allow direct AD revenue sharing with site users.
Is there a solution to this problem ?

May be as I am not giving away cash to my site users (I giving away tangible-goods), so do you think this will not violate the TOS of CPM and/or CPC and/or Pop-Under networks ?

Your question isn't very clear and this isn't the correct sub forum. If you are asking if you can incentivize visitors into click your ads, then no. If you are incentivize them to just visit your page then it's probably fine.

But you must not mention anywhere "please click here for sponsoring me/get free goodies" or something like that.

It shouldn't be "which ad network should I use" when you have not used one before. Just try it. If you're banned just move on to another and use other methods.

You can try sell ad spots yourself. That is always the best way
