Your blog have 230 post, that means you already have a good amount of content in your blog. I want to ask, Is that content is unique and a quality content? If yes then optimize the title's of the blog post and do some submission in social media sites like reddit, stumbleupon, delicious etc.

Firstly, make sure all traffic is high quality and unique (not just copied off other blogs). I'd also suggest promoting your blog on social media and forums to help with your traffic even more. Apart from that, I'd just suggest waiting and being patient.

I suggest that you first check your content. Quality posts are very important. If they are do on page SEO. Check if you have the correct keyword density and optimize the title and description, make it very interesting. After that, submit your posts to social media platforms and do some commenting and blog love.

Social media- build a twitter and pinterest account
Blog Commenting - I was suprised that I actually got a some views from them even though I was just making backlinks
Slide share - Made a few presentations with my link at the end of it
Youtube - Made a few slide show videos with my link in the description
Ezine articles - get more views on them than click to my site but they are still views
Guest posts - works very well
