Help! How to Get Initial Traction and Boost to Youtube Videos?

Hello

I have opened up a channel and regularly posting very high quality videos of 7+ minutes approximately
However they are hardly getting any views.

I have done very good on page seo with tags, titles, description everything in place.

What can I do to boost up the process?
Please advise!

throw in clickbait thumbnails, titles, keep grinding

One tip, make it 8 minutes as you can show more ads. It will give higher revenue in future.
