Help - How do You Harvest Em's After they submit in Form? (opt-ins)

Hi, please direct me to software/script that shows how to harvest a person's email after they've submitted via form and asks to confirm their e-mail.

Possibly a clickbank-like optin email harvester that allows you to re-direct and ask to confirm email? Thanks
