I went to the google adword tool (domain/select/KeywordToolExternal), but it only gives me traffic estimates. I'm working in the debt relief business. How can I find the value of "debt consolidation", "credit card debt", "debt relief", etc.

I'd like to find out what each keyword is worth - or what its going for, on a cost per click basis.

On Google Adword tool - click on button that reads "column"(Right hand side) and choose Estimated CPC.

You should be able to get CPC estimates. Well its an extremely competitive niche and I have ran campaigns for the same in past. Make sure you know your keywords right or ROI would be very tough.
