Dear forum community,

I trust everyone is well. I would like to share a concern I face in the business where I work. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate management decisions, we have experienced difficulties in service quality and loss of staff, some of whom have committed improper acts.

Currently, our Google My Business listing is filling up with negative comments. The company is implementing corrective measures to improve service quality. However, these reviews are affecting our sales and further complicating our financial situation.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you can offer to address this situation. I have considered the possibility of changing the name of the listing in Google and establishing a fictitious address somewhere else in the world, creating a new listing where we can highlight positive comments.

Yikes. That sounds bad. You're basically going to need to do some reputation management where you get more positive reviews.

If these reviews are not truthful from your employees, you can report them through the backend to Google and try that.

first i think you should reply that bad review and give them solution, after that you should give 5 star review a lot to create good google business profile
 
First, try to fix the quality issue with your service and improve your support system. Ensure your customers haven't wasted money by any chance and fix their issues via support because having great support can help you retain your customers.

Then work on getting the positive reviews.

We already talked with the clients who had problems and agreed to close issues. Now the process problem that caused these problems has already been solved, they have already been answered in the technical sheet, however, as a service company is, it is having a hard time. acquisition of new clients, from the background, we all know that it is the cost of a failure in the past, however I wanted to know if there was any way different from the one we all know to be able to improve that file, not just by putting new comments on it
 
I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your Google My Business listing, It's really important to address negative reviews and implement corrective measures to improve service quality, and asking happy customers to leave good reviews. Don't try tricky things like changing names or making fake addresses it can make things worse.

If you situation is genuine, you tell your clients regarding your situation, tell them to wait for few days and they will get everything back on the track. I hope client will understand your current situation and surely will allow you sometime to take everything back to normal.

Else, second option is to hire someone for removing negative reviews for you but for me first method is genuine.
 
Сhanging the name and address to dodge reviews isn't the way to go – it's transparent to users and Google might catch on, leading to bigger trust issues.

if you try to add a fictitious address for your business your business will get banned for violating rules
 
I would suggest to hire expert who can help you not only to fix reputation but can help you with increasing ranks of the GMB to get flow of leads.if this sounds good I can help you somehow if you want
