[HELP] Google has suspended my ad account due to circumventing their systems...

Hello all,

I've been reading through a couple of threads on r/adwords about the ''circumventing systems'' violation.

However, I'm still utterly clueless about what I have done wrong as I read in many of the conversations here.
The account is about 3-4 weeks old and I'm running only shopping ads for my General dropshipping store, shipping from the US, I'm based in the Netherlands.

Upon seeing this notification in my ads manager, I've send Google a email to ask what I've done wrong and how to avoid this in the future on which they send me the following today.

After reviewing your case and taking your feedback into consideration, we've confirmed that your account was and still is in violation of our Google Ads policies.
As such, we will not be reactivating your account. Please don't create new Google Ads accounts, as these will be suspended too. When we suspend a Google Ads account, the suspension applies to the account owner and any current or future linked Google Ads accounts.
Learn more about why we suspend accounts and the reasons we take these actions.
If you have a prepaid balance remaining in your account and you qualify for a refund, you can always cancel your account and request your refund.

In case I would start a new account, does this mean I would need to use different payment details and a different name? I guess my domain would also be blacklisted...


The only few reasons that might possibly have flagged my account are:

  1. Created a new Google email to use for this business only, instead of reinstating my old accounts or making a ad account using that google email address.
  2. I have stated on my website Worldwide FREE shipping, but I'm only targeting the US and only shipping within the US. Was going to change this but was not expecting this would be a reason to block my account... :(

Hope someone here can shed some light on this, would really appreciate some input.

What you received is their standard AI answer. Lately, they implemented a shitty AI that often disables new accounts for different things, randomly - most of the suspensions came on suspicious payment, then circumventing - without any reason. They have a lot of complaints and they decided not to solve this but to hide the dirt under the carpet.
My advice is to move on because they NEVER EVER will answer what was the problem, but will send you the same email over and over and send you to read their TOS.

What do you mean with move on - make a new account or is that not going to work?

I was just getting some good sales and now I'm back to stage one...

Damn that is terrible as I've just setup my whole webstore with the logo and bought the domain...

Could you update if you were able to start over withput being suspended again?
