Hello all,
I've been reading through a couple of threads on r/adwords about the ''circumventing systems'' violation.
However, I'm still utterly clueless about what I have done wrong as I read in many of the conversations here.
The account is about 3-4 weeks old and I'm running only shopping ads for my General dropshipping store, shipping from the US, I'm based in the Netherlands.
Upon seeing this notification in my ads manager, I've send Google a email to ask what I've done wrong and how to avoid this in the future on which they send me the following today.
In case I would start a new account, does this mean I would need to use different payment details and a different name? I guess my domain would also be blacklisted...
The only few reasons that might possibly have flagged my account are:
Hope someone here can shed some light on this, would really appreciate some input.

After reviewing your case and taking your feedback into consideration, we've confirmed that your account was and still is in violation of our Google Ads policies.
As such, we will not be reactivating your account. Please don't create new Google Ads accounts, as these will be suspended too. When we suspend a Google Ads account, the suspension applies to the account owner and any current or future linked Google Ads accounts.

The only few reasons that might possibly have flagged my account are:
- Created a new Google email to use for this business only, instead of reinstating my old accounts or making a ad account using that google email address.
- I have stated on my website Worldwide FREE shipping, but I'm only targeting the US and only shipping within the US. Was going to change this but was not expecting this would be a reason to block my account...
Hope someone here can shed some light on this, would really appreciate some input.
