Have you try to WHOIS the domain ?

Yah I did that im pretty sure its hidden he is running a panama server thats all I got from that

Well i can see the info on the WHOIS, wonder if the info are legit though

i find it hard to believe he is down in panama and running the amount of offline campaigns he is in new england??

Not just new england, About six months ago I saw some similar sites in a few tiny little towns in pennsylvania.

I went home, wondering how they were monetizing them, and immediately checked the sites, and they had that same reg info.

I still have no idea how they make money. It seems that the signs they placed alongside the road plus the reg fees would have consumed any profits they generated. But then again, maybe people are more trusting of locally named websites, and conversions skyrocket. Something to test for sure.
