Help for starting a new YouTube video channel

Need some advice for starting a video channel:

1) Devices required : Suggestions for recording device , whiteboard and all.
2) Software required : For editing videos
3) Any other requirement or tips

Also, if you have a YouTube channel, how much does it make approximately per 1000 views from Indian viewers (target audience is Indian for my channel). Thanks in advance.

What niche are you into? And why targeting Indian visitors you wont get make a dollar with 1000 views.

Education niche, video channel is kind of a support for the website in this case. I was curious if it could give additional revenue with Adsense. I would also be selling related products.
