Ok so I'm using 2freehosting to practice using cpanel and all that jazz before I decide to get paid hosting (which I really don't need atm)

I've got a good domain name for a webcam site. I am using it to redirect to a poplar cam site and I am also adding girls to the end of the domain also and redirecting to their rooms

Example: My Domain.com will send users to popular cam site MyDomain.com/Girl1 will send to that girls room on popular cam site

This is working fine on every single browser (including mobile) EXCEPT FireFox!

What's happening on FireFox is when I type in mydomain.com it will search for mydomain on Google This needs to get fixed! It works everywhere else...

And another thing. I made a Twitter and I put MyDomain.com as the link. Again, it works in every single browser EXCEPT you guessed it, FireFox

But what it's doing on Twitter is it's actually redirecting like it's supposed to but for some reason it's leaving out the : in http://myafflink so it looks like this http//myafflink

Again, it's not doing that in any other browsers and it's working just fine. How can I get this working in FireFox so I'm not missing out on all that traffic?

First, close firefox and clear the cache (use cCleaner)
    Restart FF

What happens when you copy and paste the link into the address bar?

Yep classic case of cached google search replacing the direct domain route I reckon.

As far as the twitter url string, I think when you add a url to the profile of an account is must be the route domain, so it will be auto removing any subdomain from the string, aka affiliate.domain.com would become affiliatedomain.com

Thanks. It was just a matter of clearing cache. I'm new to the whole hosting thing and learning cpanel and all that so didn't know what was wrong since it was working in other browsers. Also the Twitter link started working too on FireFox after clearing cache so thanks!
