HELP Finding Partner

Does anyone know how I can find a marketing partner who can write great ad copy? I want to make a lot of money ,and I just got another lead list that has enough double optin confirmed, non bounce back emails in it to make me a couple million dollars if I sold a 50 dollar product and only 1-5% bought.

So basically the problem is I need good copy, and I need to get into the INBOX. Any ideas?
